  1. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

This is a famous place for music lovers and is located on Cleveland’s Waterfront. It throws light on the past history of every decade related to Rock and Roll music. The building of the museum is very unique and is designed by I.M. Pei.

  1. Cedar Point

Another popular attraction for the young or young at heart is “Cedar Point Amusement Park” in Sandusky. The park is located on beautiful Lake Erie and has many thrilling rides including roller coasters, carousels, water rides, and some less intense rides for small children.

  1. Cincinnati Museum Center

This museum is situated in an old 1930 styled art deco building.  It includes many different educational points for visitors such as Cincinnati History Museum, Duke Energy Children Museum, Museum of Natural History and Science. There is also an ONIMAX theatre at the museum which shows movies related to history and science.

  1. Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Garden

This famous conservatory is located in Columbus and is open all  year round but with changing indoor and outdoor events every season.  A famous attraction of the Garden is  “Palm House”, a green house of old Victorian style that has a collection of palms from all over the world. There are also many different species of plants in other green houses.

  1. Wright Brothers National Memorial

This memorial is located on Wright Patterson Air-Base and has many attractions such as Huffman Prairie Flying Field where the Wright brothers worked on making of their aircraft. This memorial gives tribute to those two great men, Orville and Wilbur Wright, who lived in Dayton Ohio and who are generally credited with inventing, building, and flying the world’s first successful airplane.

  1. Hocking Hills State Park

This Park is the main attraction for adventure loving people. It contains hiking trails, camping facilities, caves and cottages for tourists.  Other programmes and  services offered by the park include bird watching, winter hikes, cave related programs and organised hikes.

  1. Ohio Statehouse

The Ohio Statehouse is located in Columbus and is made in the old Greek style. Other buildings included in the Statehouse area include Capital Square and The Senate Building and Atrium. The ground floor has many educational displays for people of all ages along with a cafe and gift shop.
